CFRN /  A Safe Place For Traders

Our community on Google Plus is brand new and we hope you will join and become a part of the E-mini discussion. I know from experience (8 years on the air teaching traders), there is a never ending flow of traders who akin to not looking at the map when you're lost, have a fear of being taught how to trade.

You were taught to hunt, boat, fish, bowl, dunk, wrestle, disco and "fix" cars, but trading education often seems to have a stigma attached to it.. a sign of weakness. There are very few absolutes in trading, but typically your average "self made" man has a pressure point right around $20k. Slimmer for many and larger for others, but that's a pretty good number where most sane people either get out, or get help.

As an educator this presents a problem. I now have a humble trader in front of me (not always) who has blown it all (or close) and is now more than open to someone stepping in and explaining a thing or two, but they're broke. The e-mini infomercial guy got $7K, then the options guru... and this trading place.... and this emini trade calling room........... sound familiar?

Here's the good news. The money you spent was not wasted. It did not create big profits in your boxers before breakfast, but it did open your eyes. I'll bet that despite the horrible taste in your mouth, you learned a thing or two. You walked away having spent X amount of time and money on something that did not translate into consistent profitability. Was it their fault or yours? 

If you're still reading, hear me out. You learned something. Worse case scenario you learned something that didn't work. OK.... The question you need to ask yourself now is - What does work?

The Market Works! Day in and day out, the market shows up and does it's thing. Not your thing, or my thing, its own thing. You and I (together), don't have enough cash or prayers to sway the market. We can however, learn to read it and determine what the market is trying to do (even if it fails we can still win). The market as I use the term here, is simply every single participant at this moment, whether they hold 1 contract, 100, or a thousand, they are the market (for the moment).

Every day, they all show up (they have to because Serling wrote it into the script I think), but they can rarely agree on what the price should be. Some think it's overpriced, some think it's under priced, I simply wait to see which side has the most power at the moment. With this knowledge, I can ride their coattails to my 2 points a day. So can you...

Emini Track Record 

We don't do infomericals or billboards, we stick to radio, the internet and mostly our track record. Have you seen them? That's right.. we have two. Numero Uno is our Video Recap of each day's Live Trading Room Session. Every trade, every market, what we nailed and what nailed us.

We've had 5 days this year where we did not get our 2 points during the 2 hour Live Trading Room. On the spreadsheet, those days will be marked in RED. Most days we get it. We do it clean, we call the trade, explain the trade, ask if anyone has questions about the trade... and then we take the trade. Whether we ride it to target or get stopped out, that's the truth about trading.

The last place, room, event etc.. wherever you were, you may have been closer than you think. If the instructor understood the concept of "thinking in probabilities" as taught by Mark Douglas, you might have succeeded. We teach that, plus the most aggressive risk management you've ever seen.

Are All Emini Schools And Live Trading Rooms The Same?

No. Make sure you get a free trial. The argument is "you'll learn valuable trade secrets so you can't get in for free".  NEXT! Even though we wrote the article ourselves and we also have a school, in the article and here on this blog, we suggest you take a good look around. When it comes to a trading education there's no shortage of educators, but a huge gap in the educational process. Ask the tough questions. If you don't, who will?  This is your business, your future, your legacy.
